Aspiring candidates need to previously have held a TS/SCI clearance or have an active TS/SCI security clearance. Applicants must also have a minimum of five years of experience gained from the Intelligence Community or equivalent experience. Previous experience and positions held will be validated.  Finally, skills will be tested practically before being extended an offer.

Aspiring candidates do not need any law enforcement, Intelligence Community, military or private investigation experience to begin pipeline training at our academy. Additionally, to successfully complete the application process, Lynx will conduct its own comprehensive background investigation with a focus on previous criminal or civil action, history of financial distress, and lifestyle choices.
